It is our top priority to maintain the business continuity needed to provide support and service to all our customers around the world.

Safety First
First and foremost, the health and safety of our employees, clients, partners and community is our top priority. We continue to closely monitor the situation and are following the guidance of public health experts. All of Our office employees continue to work remotely. We have also ensured a high level of safety protocols for our team working in our distribution facilities in order to continue to fulfill all orders and continue to receive and ship goods as needed. We will always be here to give our clients the support they need and expect from our company whilst ensuring the safety of all of our team.

We’re here to help
We have the flexibility to accommodate remote work without impacting customer service, RFQ’s, orders, project management and fulfillment. Our phone system is digital and when you dial our number you will continue to be able to get in touch with the Mirror Image Team member you need at their regular extensions. We are also pleased to report that our Chinese factories are back up and running in full force and it is business as usual, albeit with high safety protocols to keep our team members and partners safe.

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues around the world, this is a difficult time for all of us. Our hearts go out to everyone affected, directly or indirectly. We are truly grateful for and inspired by the selflessness of our healthcare workers, grocery clerks and all of the best of us who are helping us each day on the front lines globally.
